Flexible work hours not possible. Most of the days you have to extend work beyond working hours. Work life balance is very poor.

- No learning - Remote place posting/rural posting - Your area of interest will not be even respected - As a PO, if u want to resign, you have to pay nearly 2 lakhs to get back your certificates/marksheets or else have to serve 3 months notice period after which you have to be jobless to search for another job that too in probation. - Some managers treat you like peon. - Even if you don't even know the basic branch operation, you have to sell third party products like life insurance and health since that drives income to the bank. The sales person who are for these insurance products are just for filling up the forms for which we close the sale and pass on to him - Some places you have to go for recovery and sales canvassing door to door after completing all your branch works like after 5/6p.m.
