If you like being treated like a peasant, and do boring & unexciting work for a management team that treats you like trash, then this company is perfect for you! They create a facade that they are a close tight-knit "family" company, but this couldn't be further from the truth. I have never seen a corporation with so much backstabbing, gossiping, backhanded compliments, and unprofessional behavior in my 25 years of working experience. I would rather work in a North Korean salt mine than put in another minute of work for these losers.

Unrealistic expectations from the management - if you just do your job no matter how busy & stressful it gets, you will be ridiculed in every meeting for not doing extra or for not putting extra hours. There are like a 1000 VPs in the company & there's a constant power struggle between them with others stuck in the crossfire. Too much politics & backstabbing at every level - your hard work won't get noticed unless you stay in good books of the older employees.
