      Pros

      Cozy and warm work environment, superiors inclined in helping and support new employees, good work time and good life/work balance.

      Cons

      Salary here not so high as sometimes it is allegedly described and benefits that get more intense during career ladders.

      Smart working. Please note the CEO is not Stefano Parisi (as wrongly named in the present form) since long.

      Cons

      So much rhetoric and little substance. Managers seems to live on Mount Olympus and struggle to keep the status quo, talking about values far away from everyday working life. One fifth of the working population is made of middle managers, aged about 45 and who have spent very little in updating their competences, that are obsolete and out of market. They won't leave the company and act as a barrier to the bottom-up growth. The company self-proposes as innovative, but the last innovation taken to the market was in 2006.
