Business outlook
Pros
Lackadaisical management attitude makes for easy, non-productive days. Time off is great, just take it. Customer care is as you see it. If they ask for too much, just hang up.
Cons
Same management has little motivation, business strategy or employee loyalty. Good employees who cared were dropped for stupid reasons. There's no initiative allowed. Projects, once started are quickly forgotten and rarely finished. There is no sales or growth strategy. MArketing does not exist.
