      Pros

      Half days on Friday for those eligible

      Cons

      Lack of any real management or direction. Inability to identify and/or rectify common problems and inefficiencies. "We've always done it that way" is a very typical statement you will hear. Most of their problems can be attributed to poor leadership.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, great benefits, everyone is friendly and will help you out if you need it. Great place to gain experience.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is it is hard to get on a different shift. It is really dependent on how many people are in each shift and how many machines need to be filled per shift.

      Pros

      The hours are very flexible and Fridays are just half days. Management is easy to get along with and the technicians are fun to work with. Work isn't too demanding and the break rooms and new offices are nice.

      Cons

      During my time, there was a lot of overtime. Too much put on the company's plate at a time and deadlines reflected that. Communication and organization need a drastic overhaul in my opinion.
