Pros
Fandom is a great place to work because few places will allow you to truly enjoy your passions and hobbies that exist outside of work within work. Every day you get to plan and operate campaigns around the biggest movies, TV shows, anime, etc. This can create an incredibly fun and enjoyable workplace.
Cons
Change and lack of clarity makes for a hectic experience from time to time. There also is very little growth opportunity.
