      - collaborative and fun at times - when direction is steady company can be great

      Cons

      - unstable leadership, cannot keep goals and direction for more than 3 months - layoffs are always around the corner

      Free food. Coworkers were great to work with.

      Cons

      The company suffers from a significant lack of strategic direction. Decisions from way up top feel impulsive, leading to frequent pivots every few months. This constant shifting has resulted in multiple rounds of layoffs. Even the CEO was suddenly fired, creating an unstable work environment and making it difficult to maintain any long-term momentum or job security.
