Everything imaginable, lazy longtime nurses, cliques amongst older staffers who are clearly uneducated and it's obvious. Get a degree people.

The worst part about working here is the lack of communication between all employees. They seem to hire anyone because the turnover rate is so high. The facility still uses paper charts and no electronic system for med administration. The admission department is horrible and will send down patients without any warning. Higher up talk down to employees. Patients are verbally abusive to staff. Overall, horrible place to work and I would not wish this on my worst enemy.
