Fusion hires cheap, inexperienced people and tells the world they are specialists. This system of hiring has only served to propel the inept up the ranks to positions of authority they are not equipped for. This makes working under these people difficult and frustrating and thus, causes an employee turn over rate that rivals fast food.
When I started I genuinely wanted to help this company grow and become a contender in the marketplace. Now after a short time I'm looking for the closest exit and I hope Fusion falls flat on their face.
