      Exposure on liferay portal & prepaid card domain.

      Cons

      Countless: No work-family balance work minimum 12 hour/day if you are critical then you will get a "good bonus" false commitment & once work is over you are burden on the company. Inexperience management : without any plan & proper documentation you will be asked to implement something. Every thing & every time will be in hot water.

      Pros

      The best thing about working there at FSV Payment System was the personal relationships that you form with your co-workers. Everybody commiserated together!

      Cons

      The upper management at FSV Payment Systems played favorites way too much. When there was the rare chance of a promotional opportunity it would undoubtedly be filled by a friend of a manager instead of a deserving employee who had been doing the job. It was very demoralizing. The pay was extremely low for what they expected from you.

      Pros

      Commission can be good, if you can live with the stress. Decent location, good ability to span into different parts of the business.

      Cons

      Extremely political environment, poor management, still in the middle of a merger, company culture is divided by what department you are in, poor senior leadership, no actual performance metrics, important policies change at the drop of a hat.
