      Work from home due to COVID

      I worked for FMC Cork, Ireland for almost a year. Management doesn't not lift to Irish standards, terrible leadership. Toxic environment, no partnership, bad relationship between managers and really long hours. Team leads and managers don't seem to care about that when you mention it. Extra hours not paid for. Their own core values are not followed by FMC.

      Salaries higher than most of Cork employers.

      Cons

      Departments are in cliques. Mangers have favourites. Foreigners are not treated well. All talk on their values and ethos but the reality is very different. High staff turnover in the past 6 months.
