      Leadership really cares about employees especially during this time with Covid US leadership is brilliant

      Cons

      Product hasnt been invested in past 5 years so lags behind competition Just closed down US operations that were the most successful team No sense of urgency from the UK on anything, UK is not a high performing team

      Thank you for your feedback, I am glad you had some positive experiences with us. I would like to share that our base product APF, due to being near its end of life, has had no development roadmap for functionality for the last 2 years. Only security patching and essential maintenance is scheduled. NXG was launched late 2018 and we iterate every two weeks, even if it is just back end administration. The US Sales Office has undergone changes as it made commercial sense to do so. All operations are run from the UK and our focus will be in this market.
