      Good culture, poor exec leadership

      Pros

      Generally a good company to work for, employees are treated well and fairly. Flagship product has a lot of potential.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and vision at exec level coupled with poor drive and execution. Really feels like an organization treading water rather than trying to make waves. Legacy product is becoming obsolete and next generation product is proving difficult to sell due to complexity and burden of effort placed on customer to extract value.

      Pros

      Good passionate staff. Hiring policy improving. Passionate CEO, but too involved

      Cons

      Product dev like the blind leading the blind. Don't know where to point the ship. Sales management clueless. Old wood needs replacing and FAST. CEO gets too involved. How many people need to be cc'd on an email? Need to cut the time wasters out of the office. Not strong enough management to make tough calls

      A lot of very knowledgeable and smart people, good exposure to interesting projects, good pension plan, health insurance and salary above market. The company also financially supports you for your personal development

      Cons

      The management is poor, the future is uncertain, the company puts a lot of efforts in projects which sometimes are not worth, and uses too many different tools
