Pros

people are nice enough, salary is more than reasonable

Cons

leadership is pretty stuck in their ways, not open to novelty and smug culture of people who think they're forward-thinking but have never had a new idea in their lives. this is a small version of every other ad agency, nothing special

Pros

The size of the agency was nice - not big, but enough to get some good work done. People, generally were nice. Office was dog-friendly when I worked there. Had some exciting clients. Unlimited PTO (but good luck taking a vacation without being contacted). Very good benefits.

Cons

When I worked here, we were pitching lots of new business, so I worked CONSTANTLY. I was often asked to work weekends. Lots of nights being expected to stay very late. They try to sugarcoat it by providing beer and dinner, but that gets old so fast. If I managed to leave at a decent time, I was still working on pitch decks from home after commuting. There was no work-life balance, which is often typical of agencies, but still not ok long-term. I burned out, got a job in-house, work less and get paid more.
