Leadership, direction, policies, business plan, discipline and lack of a voice are deep seeded disfunction that festers at the top of virtually every decision made.

Cons

Incredibly cliquey and lots of gossip. Upper management and the CEO have very short fuses and don't work well with people. Nothing is confidential with HR
