Pros
Offers great benefit plan, as well as paid time off. Good collectors get pay raises easily. Pay grade based on a rolling average.
Cons
No distinction between vacation and sick time. Only given 2 weeks. Commission is laughable. Terrible management, with no two managers agreeing on the rules. Hours were too long within each day (9.5) with pay only accounting for 37.5 hours each week due to an hour long lunch and breaks. Managers very unprofessional.
