"Like a family" has become a phrase to mean happy to abuse anyone, but that's not the case at F3. From the time-off policy (Whatever you need, for whatever reason. Just make sure the PMs know in advance) to actively working to keep social going during COVID lockdowns,
Cons
Pay is a little lower than other industry players, but the environment is so relaxed that it's worth it. Work/life balance is up to the employee to manage, which can be a lot harder for some people than others.
