Pros
At small companies you get more autonomy and that’s true here. Employees have a bigger voice so it’s easier to get heard out on opinions and suggestions. They have a good culture even though it’s a small company and recently have started doing a lot more events and working towards getting a more diverse project portfolio
Cons
It’s a small company so things can change often and organization isn’t the best
