Pros

ExtraTeam engineers used to try to be the best in their craft.

Cons

ExtraTeam is dead. It was acquired by SPS (spscom.com) and it’s currently being destroyed one person at a time. Also notice all the positive review in Aug 2014 - yea the old ownership basically asked staff to post them on glassdoor. Probably to boost the sale price to SPS.

Pros

If you want to work from home and not travel, ExtraTeam can make that happen for you. If you are very talented, ExtraTeam will provide above average salary for you. ExtraTeam is probably the best overall Skype for Business partners in the USA. If you want to work with the best, this is the place for you. A very elite crew of talented engineers.

Cons

Performance is not rewarded. Be prepared to pat your own back. Do not expect verbal praise, or much less a bonus or pay raise.

Pros

Leading edge work, great management support. Tech staff are top of their field, and extremely helpful. Customer projects are fun to work on. Lots of training provided. Plenty of opportunity for advancement or to participate on special projects. Have not seen any evidence of ships that are sinking, high turnover (I think it's low, to be honest), or aloof management. 2009 and earlier complaints are similarly irrelevant.

Cons

If you show up at ET thinking you'll be smarter than the rest of the team, you'll find yourself either humbled very quickly, or here posting a whiny review. Be sure to check attitude at the door!
