Mandate driven organization. A lot of smart, passionate people. Valuable work to be expanding trade in this political environment.

Cons

Extremely busy. Complex environment where all the changes impact cross functionally. Sit on video calls all day - hard to understand the in office mandate.

- Backsliding on hybrid work - Managers don’t truly listen to employee concerns - Management avoids tough conversations that ripple through (negatively) in other ways - Employees are afraid to speak up despite an internal campaign encouraging us to do so - Hiring and promotions are not all based on merit and actual qualifications
