- Rude management (CD and RM), gas lighting, little training, very unprofessional and would use ADs as scapegoats if membership numbers fell/overall centre performance. - Not very politically correct - comments they would make about the demographics (race) of the area One of the ADs in region also said on a training sessions that she liked her uni as it was ‘very white’, she worked in this area in London too, suggesting she thought less of the people in her area - she went as far to say she’s more comfortable doing parent meetings as English is a second language for many parents in Willsden so they won’t know if she messes up - No work life balance; led to stress related illness

Explore Learning is a terrible company to work for. There is; - zero work life balance - zero diversity in head office - zero financial recognition for hitting targets and goals. -zero care for staff well being and mental health -racism and discrimination towards staff from other members of staff goes unpunished - the pay is low considering how much is expected of managers

Not flexible. Low pay. Hard to take holiday. Need to do a minimum of 8 hours but then they don’t give 8 hours worth of sessions. Hard to have a work life balance as they expect you to drop everything for the job.

It’s a hard work and it seems like we don’t get appreciated as much as we did years ago. No work life balance
