Pros

literally none, i disliked every minute

Cons

Management is really unorganised and project the fact they're understaffed onto employees. You often find yourself being informed of shifts 30 minutes prior, and have to also stay extra hours. The pay is absolutely appalling- For example I also waitress and get double the pay for half the effort. Furthermore, they have a really weird payroll system, where you don't get paid for hours you've done until two months later... just odd. Also, i found it was an extremely cliquey environment, where your almost looked down upon because of your age; personally i feel as though if this is such an issue, and youth= incompetence, do not employ under 18s! I also was not given a uniform due to the poor management who never ordered any more in, so I had to scrounge out of my own money to buy 'formal wear'.
