Some of the colleagues were smart and a pleasure to work with. They helped me to hone my skills post the training period.
Cons
The management is not very innovative when it comes to expanding the business and steering it in the right direction. It doesn't form many profitable partnerships, and it make things tough for the sales team.
I have really enjoyed the continued learning opportunities. Good supervisors and management. If you enjoy learning new software and honing and improving your technical troubleshooting skills there is always more to learn.
Cons
The shifts are in 2 week rotations and you can't guarantee what shift you will get as this is a contact centre and the call queues require coverage 24/7. There has been improvement and you can get early 8-5pm shifts or 11 - 8pm shifts.
I had no experience when I joined Execulink telecom. Execulink provided me one month paid training. Execulink invested lot of time and efforts on me. This month I have completed one year at Execulink. Execulink helped me to uplift my career. Management and supervisor are so helpful and cooperative. Work environment of Execulink telecom is so positive. I would like to thank Execulink for everything.
Though it's hard to come up with any pros, I can mention the paid training they offered me for free.
Cons
The company uses cheap tactics to change employees' goals to don't demand a raise in salry. The management is very stingy and wants to keep all the money for its luxurious expenses.
