Pros

After a week at the job it will be clear to you whether or not you will be capable of working there long-term. The press operators are very helpful and willing to explain processes.

Cons

Combative upper management. Atmosphere of the working environment fluctuates between professionally cold and borderline antagonistic.

Profit sharing, disciplined company, clean environment.

Cons

Management unprofessional / hostile at times. Staff underappreciated. CEO out of touch with reality. Probably makes good money, but could use some therapy.

Pros

Generally speaking, the people who work there are great. Safe environment. Product quality is top notch. There are worse places to work.

Cons

Lack of company culture, treat employees like children sometimes, general lack of direction, top management has anger issues, burn out rate is extremely high.
