      Pros

      Nothing really.worst company ever worked for. No structure.

      Cons

      If your in the pest control industry. Don't ever work here.the staff has no idea what they are doing. They don't train their ppl right. They do things illegally. They treat their employees like slaves!they lie to their customers and rip them off! Ifyou work thru your lunch break you don't get paid for that time. No bonuses. Your pay checks are always messed up. WAY OVER WORKED. DON'T EVER WORK HERE.

      Pros

      When the season is busy April-October, everyone is super busy and making a lot of money. Might make 80 percent of your yearly income in these 8 months.

      Cons

      As with any Pest control company, when it’s slow during the winter months, it’s hard to keep busy. It’s almost like working a different job entirely. However, it’s possible to make it work with good management of money.
