      The onboarding process through David is made easy and efficient, from day 1 you are then supported and given thorough training over the course of 10 weeks with chances to put it into practice in between. There is clear progression and the company culture is fantastic, everyone gets along and celebrates one another

      Cons

      Not a con - You have to be willing to graft, it is not a job you can coast or make up numbers to look good as you are only kidding yourself and you wont get very far!
