      There were no pros to speak of.

      Cons

      Horrible work ethic, no one to talk to when issues are happening. No matter how hard you work its not recognized by anyone. Ive been a nurse more than 20 years and never felt so belittled and harrassed.

      Pros

      There are some amazing and genuine people that work here, but sadly that gets overpowered by the catastrophe that is the so called "management". You also get free food at some point every week.

      Cons

      Extreme favoritism, very clique-ish environment, no room for growth if you aren't kissing up to management, no training, leaders are micro-managers, very high turnover rate.

      The overtime lately has been pretty swell

      Cons

      No direction, organization, and cohesiveness as a team. Management is a joke. Job dissatisfaction is a high amongst the entire department.
