Going through a merger currently and that is causing high level changes. Its getting better, but change is always hard.

Evergy takes pride in paying "industry standard" but yet average developers in KC make 83k, meanwhile Sr. Developers are barely hitting that at Evergy. High expectations with little direction or training. Can't expect people to learn software and be efficient in it when the only training we get is a link to a couple online modules and guides
