      Pros

      Really enjoyed my time at Westar/Evergy. A really great place to start your career and continue to grow and develop. I had a couple of amazing managers during my time.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. I also had some awful managers. People play favorites. You see people get promoted and you wonder why/how. (Isn’t this everywhere, though?) Still has residual good-ole-boys club feel since the industry was male dominated for a long time. Got better even over my time there, though.
