Very relaxed work environment with lots of work to do. Good coworkers. Standard time off. Overall a fun environment.
Cons
Benefits are the bare minimum. They like to hire young and pay below market. No opportunity for growth. Lots of gossip goes on around the office. Expect to have people watching your every move and if they don’t agree with how you manage your day, the owner will know about it. Even if you worked late every day for the past 6 months, if you were late by 5 minutes coming into the office you were reprimanded. Lots of micromanagement.
