Pros

Work for much longer than signed on the contract with no benefits at all (even after few months)

Cons

The company is based on fake review that previous employees have to right as a task with the best grade possible. A company that publicly says things but delete all opposite opinions when all the team doesn’t fall on you before.

We are usually happy to hear where we can improve, but this is now your 3rd incoherent attempt at making a point without providing any constructive arguments or facts. Maybe try honesty for a change and admit that you were dismissed from Eventerprise's internship program due to gross misconduct and insubordination, which included the fraudulent editing of official company documents. Fortunately the vast majority of our Young Gun interns have far more integrity and prefer to advance their careers in an honest and hard-working manner, as can be seen from their feedback: https://www.eventerprise.com/page/eventercamp-internship/

Thank you for your review. Since you seem to struggle with the English language it may have impeded your ability to fully understand and participate in our EventerCamp internship program. Please note that one of the conditions for participation is proficiency in English at professional level. This would have been made clear to you in the application process, so you may have misrepresented yourself in that respect. From our side we will make sure we verify linguistic ability more rigorously in future. Although your consistent under-performance as an intern probably led to this negative review we would like to clarify a few points: A business is not a democracy and although we have a flat hierarchy there is still a hierarchy for a reason. As a Young Gun you are here to learn by executing various projects, tasks and campaigns - not to question or challenge everything you are asked to do. We will always listen to respectful suggestions but the final decisions rest with the management team - purely because they have already proven themselves in their respective disciplines. It is very important to us that you finish your EventerCamp internship empowered and with a sense of accomplishment. Which is why we have such high performance and behavioural expectations - mediocrity gets no-one anywhere.

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry that the only value you got out of working for Eventerprise was the free fruit. But, on a point of pride, we want to note that the fruit was available all week long, not just once a week. There was also the monthly staff lunch - we take it you didn't enjoy that as much as the fruit? Now to address the only con you listed - "There isn't really anything to learn." You say you worked in the design department, so we find it tough to believe that there was nothing to learn. (Considering that we have an award-winning design department). Could it be that you didn't put yourself out there enough, or didn't open yourself to the experience of learning? While we try to do our best to push our people to learn as much as possible, if you felt that we did not stimulate you enough, you should have spoken up. You could have spent your time learning complimentary skills while doing design work. You could have taken the time to learn CSS, or branched in UX/UI, taken over pop-ups and the analytics around them, mastered Figma so that you could design wireframes. While we are disappointed with your review, what disappoints us most is that you were given an opportunity that few people ever get, only to squander it, then try to pass the buck. The adage of horse and water comes to mind. Ultimately, if you feel there was nothing to learn, you should take a moment of self-reflection and decide if you are willing to work towards your goals, or if you want to complain that no one hands you the opportunities you seem to feel you are entitled to. We are a startup that encourages entrepreneurial thinking and ambition, not a daycare centre with a syllabus. We wish you the best going forward, and if we can leave you with one piece of advice, its that the only way to improve your lot in life is to speak up so that people know something is bothering you.
