HR is useless Everyone above the warehouse manager are not very nice people at all, disrespectful to all employees and will terminate you on the spot for almost anything. They say they promote from within, wich is true but your work is not what earns your promotion, you have to suck up to the bosses. The pay is horrible and works just like promotions, work ethic doesn't mean anything for raises. Owner has no respect for employees and refers to them as "the help" Very high employee turnover rate You are required to say good things about the company even while off duty and off the property and must sign a paper stating you will do so.

This place is not only a revolving door, but career suicide. If you are not related to the owners in some way, you could be fired on a whim at any time. The Bibbos refer to their employees as "The Help", and there is a vast amount of additional unethical and HR nightmares going on. This is an absolute pit of despair...you'll work in a tiny cubicle in a tiny dirty office, and you'll get treated like a number. The only reason why this place gets on the Top Workplaces list is the employees are afraid of the owners and of getting fired. This place is so small and toxic...lots of gossippy little girls with no other skills than to answer phones and fill out order forms. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!
