      Good foundation in need of better leadership

      Pros

      Comp and benefits are strong (for a startup). Stellar engineers. Member advisors are golden. Interesting product.

      Cons

      Cliquish and secretive old guard. Inexperienced managers. Lots of D&I talk but not much to show for it. Company incentives are more aligned with company customers than with members.

They are not as google-scale as they think they are - Company is full of self congratulatory gasbags - CEO thinks he is a business genius and compared himself to Columbus in company wide meeting
