    The grant could be an actual salary and higher, but its still better than other traineeships in Brussels

    The European commission is a big research industry which includes multidiversity. Great people with great professions are invoved in thier position

    The site of the city(Ispra) is a bit isolated place.

    Give the staff more independence, be transparent, reward excellent performance and not seniority and focus on a bigger picture. No space for big egos.
