Family ownership with extreme sense of entitlement (read reviews below). People are treated as inferior across the board - employees, vendors, even clients - which has resulted in a major loss of revenue in recent years. Also has ruined any sense of culture, morale or team work. You’ll be walking into a dead office with barely any communication between departments, with everyone’s main goal for the day being to steer clear of the misguided, erratic family member who has taken over the company. Interesting industry but unfortunately this company is run with no integrity and the business is suffering for it.
