Toxic culture with poor management and treatment of staff

This was the most negative workplace culture I've experienced. One thing that concerned me was being encouraged by management to leave positive reviews, which didn't feel genuine. I found management to be unprofessional at times, with inappropriate comments being made about employees. In my experience, there was a lack of effective leadership and communication, and decisions around bonuses could change with little notice, which created uncertainty. Morale across the business appeared to be very low, and many employees seemed reluctant to leave because of concerns about how resignations were handled. I was also disappointed by the customer experience. Once customers were tied into contracts, I felt there were too many unresolved product issues, and concerns weren't always addressed effectively by senior management. This often left both customers and employees in difficult positions. The product may once have been very competitive, but in my opinion it has not kept pace with expectations. Overall, I would not recommend working here based on my experience.
