Core staff and passionate about care and compassion to the public, wanting to safe life, improving living and impact people’s lives.

Cons

Executive team are empire builders, make their own rules and segregate all functions within the organisation. No joined up working, no focused strategic vision with clear communication down. Very poor leadership, not demonstrating their own organisational values, insidious culture bred from the top down.

I work in the workshop where ambulances are repaired, the work is not bad and not stressful sin for bad management

incompetent management which caused several problems in the workshop
