      Private Equity deeply involved and messing up the company

      Pros

      Small Entrepreneurial company with good customer base and solid technology partners.

      Cons

      PE came in and became impatient on growth forcing lots of changes to management structure. Focus became to0 heavy on increasing margins thru price increases and additional requirement on customers - MOQ's, leadtimes, etc. Company would not adjust processes/core business structure to expand markets/new customers.

      Growing company that truly works to accomplish quality to customers. Organization is a strong value here.

      Cons

      Very underpaid for positions, while expecting top notch work from all employees. Pay never meets work loads.
