      Pros

      The pay is good and benefits are as well, but neither are worth the cost working here takes on your mental and physical health.

      Cons

      Inept, absentee management at all levels. No appreciation is expressed for hard work and blame is passed down the chain, routinely. Nepotism is rampant, and promotion only comes to those with the right connections, instead of to those who are worthy. If you want a career that is fulfilling, don't even consider this place.

      Pros

      Decent pay and 4 day work weeks if you have a job that allows it.

      Cons

      All senior managers and directors are in positions that are above or out of their expertise. Human resources runs the plant and is the puppet master for all. He watches cameras all day to harass employees. No chance of advancement. Once you take a position, you are stuck there.
