Very collegial atmosphere and smart colleagues, with excellent benefits/interesting work.

The work is complicated, and intense, but the team is comprised of mostly specialists in the industry. Work/life balance is highly respected. Everyone works really well together. A lot of effort is put in to craft a fun culture. There are weekly all hands with games, and a monthly award is given to the team member that best embodies a company value, nominated by the rest of the team. Small team building exercises are run pretty often, and that helps to get cross team familiarity as well. Fun holidays are celebrated, like national lego day, and national queso day, and gifts are sent to help celebrate them.
