Decent pay, Mon-Fri, Weekends off, Paid Holidays off, Costco membership, Holiday parties/raffles, Employee of the Month, Wonderful benefits, Great supportive and understanding culture especially when it comes to physical/mental health. Great leadership, relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Dependent on the person, this is an office job. You sit all day and sell glass to clients, but not client facing. International politics/relations/supply may affect ability to secure raw materials lending way to conflict with consumers.
