I am writing this review after experiencing amazing as well as a intellectually challenging months at ZISPL. With the freedom to learn, experiment and flexible work approach at ZISPL, it gave me enormous confidence to pick new skills and recommend effective solutions for the clients within weeks. Needless to say, the management clearly understands the challenges associated with current day work from home culture and supported me to steer through challenging weeks by clearly discussing the path forward and communicating the same with the clients. It not only helped me build great amount of trust and develop strong understanding with their clients but also motivated me to bring out the best in me and win accolades and appreciation within the first quarter of my association with ZISPL. I am extremely thankful to the directors and other members of the senior management for spotting the talent in me and guiding me to forge stronger relationships with clients
