The company culture is supportive and encouraging. Its a place where leaders are made. We have full autonomy on our projects and we are encouraged to take risks and asked to experiment and not fear any mistakes as they are a part of the journey. I am also encouraged to take up initiatives and learn more. Learning is the core part of the journey and we get the motivation to learn and upSkill from the leadership we have here. amazing place to learn and grow. We are also allocated work according to our capacity and I have never felt that I overworked myself and was not able to give my 100% efficiency. the workload is manageable and love he place
