      Pros

      A handful of brilliant people work at this organization that respect one another and want to see the company succeed Wonderful product in theory

      Cons

      Founding team does not want to get their hands dirty or do the actual work it takes to lead a team Key people are fired for no legitimate reason with no plan to move forward There is a set of rules for the founding team and then there is everyone else Very difficult to get a promotion, a review, a raise since there is no process Odd hiring process (e.g. people openly searching for token hires when finding candidates) All in all, if you are not part of the founding team, you do not truly matter. This company is unfortunately a boys club.

Regarding your feedback about our founders, I’m sorry you feel that way. Our founders are working very hard leading the company while juggling meetings with team members, customers, investors and the media.       Pros

      - Great compensation - unitQ really is the best solution on the market. Every competitor just copies what we’re doing - Exec team is amazing. The new CRO is great and has built such a killer team - You get to work with insanely smart (and hilarious) people - Coworkers turn into friends almost instantly - Different teams actually hang out together at lunches and happy hours. - New female leadership = total rockstars. Some of the best leaders I’ve worked with - closing 200k-1M deals - Free food and drinks all day long - Leadership is there for support if you need it

      Cons

      - Like any startup, there are stresses, but it’s a really fun environment where you’re solving challenges with smart people who move fast - If you’ve got a big ego or don’t work well with others, this probably isn’t the place for you.

      Pros

      - Paychecks didn't bounce - A couple of good folks used to work here (not sure if they still do)

      Cons

      - CEO is very emotional and if he decides he hates you then count your days - Managers will instruct you to say things in slack or make it known that you are in fact doing your job because c-suite I guess does not believe that anyone is working - They will do layoffs and I heard of someone who they didn't tell about the layoff but they just got an email from HR for unemployment? After working here I am not shocked to hear this. - Dying product with AI now on the market for all to use - No advancement opportunities
