Pros

As a top-notch VR/AR company, you’ll get to know state of the art hand tracking technology in the field which you cannot find elsewhere. Either you are more infatuated by research problems or you are more thrilled with solving complex engineering problems, this place is great for learning. CTO has solid background in both research and engineering, and is really very nice to get along with. If you are an intern or junior, you will get a lot of beneficial guidance from him, for he is a talented maven. I really appreciate the efforts they have made to improve the management. As a matter of fact, CEO and other managers are indeed much easier to talk with than you might presumably think. As a myriad of companies are ratcheting up autonomous driving, the in-cabin hand tracking and gesture recognition technology uSens has been developing and advocating are really promising and intriguing.

Cons

For me, it’s next to nothing.

Pros

-3 times a week free Chinese lunch food. Kitchen is always filled with snacks and beverages -Learn quickly being in a start-up environment

Cons

-Lack of communication across executives. Arguing is especially common with the CEO. Luckily, she is never in the office anymore since her new baby. But she has no vision for the company (it's all over the place with what she wants). She seems to not care where the startup ends up in the future. The CEO is notorious in the office for being hard to work with. She is unapproachable and closed off and never shows appreciation for employees or interns that do a good job in the office. Also, if you aren't Chinese it's difficult to make acquaintances with people in the office. Most aren't fluent in English or English isn't their first language. You will feel extremely left out if you aren't Chinese. Work environment could be significantly better.
