Pros
Clear weekly and monthly goals were communicated. Flexible work hours; traveling was encouraged as long as you met your goals and communicated to the team.
Cons
The pay increase structure was super subjective to management. You could present how you surpassed goals for a quarter, yet they would not grant it. It was discouraging and clear that growing within the company was not going to happen.
