Pros
People are encouraged to socialise and spend time together to ultimately improve their working relationships. There's a good work-life balance compared with a lot of London based firms. People are often given the opportunity to move between teams or sectors. Career developments are encouraged. Great office location. They really support work-family life.
Cons
There's over ten principal directors which can mean top level decisions take longer to make and process than they should.
