Pros

Good support. Easy to get trips. Vouchers are ok, however Retail trips pay a lot more. Voucher trips are sometimes hard to come by.

Cons

App could be a little better. Seems a little archaic to its partner Veyo. It also could provide the destination address after the ride is accepted.

Pros

Discount Ride is a fantastic alternative to the "other" ride share companies. I make more $ per mile, get much longer trips, and I am helping people get where they need to go. I am helping the people in the community to better their lives as a great deal of them have had unfortunate circumstances in the past, and they are now working toward a better future for themselves. If there are any issues with a trip, I can call and actually talk to a real person, unlike the "other guys", that you can only send an email, and hope the issue is taken care of. I've been driving for Discount Ride for about a month now, and it has been a great experience from the day I signed on. I cannot say enough good things about the support I get from the staff, especially Nichole. If you are looking for a great company to drive for, look no further. This is it.

Cons

The only real con that I can come up with, is not an issue for me, but may be for some.. the busiest part of the day is very early in the morning. Ideally, you need to sign on by 4am. I am an early riser anyway, so this has not been an issue for me personally.
