Job would be more or less, churning PRDs as much as you can and you will be tracked for it 2. Threat and work culture, you aren't supposed to make mistakes, else a few people would put you in fire line, and 'fire' is literal in sense 3. Only a few SPOC can help with learning curve if you fall under their POD else plan learning for the next job 4. Leadership is clueless about the org direction and vision. For a sustainable future, need leadership change in founding team. One day you want to become Meta, another day Apple - kind of situation. No clear roadmap 5. Appraisal process was delayed by 4 months, and final nos weren't consulted with employees in max cases. Pathetic HR practices. Many employees were fired without severance pay.
