      It's could be a good job because of the money.

      Cons

      Management is very unprofessional and hard to work with. Micro management (Delfino in online metals). Manager doesn't have supplies to do your job and has his favorites. No foundation to help you grow there. Very bad management. Doesn't know how to run his employees.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
